- We’ve been raising raccoons for over 20 years. USDA licensed and MN DNR permitted. They come on the bottle and with a bottle. They are 500.00$ I repeat 500.00$. Usually ready late April through August we have litters. All summer. Call or text. Nobody seems to check their emails anymore.
