Hi I am looking to buy a mountain lion cub if anyone has / knows of 1 please get in touch with me I will obtain a North Dakota state permit for it, the big cat act passed into law but there is a 180 day grace period from the date of signing of the bill that expires June 22, and the cub is supposed to be born before the law was signed on Dec 22, 2022 .
