  All exotic animals, including non human primates are big time illegal in PA. It may take a little while for someone to rat you out or a police officer or ambulance to come to your house. Even the mailman or anyone catching a glimpse of your primate can tell on you and they will come take your monkey and at the very least give you a serious fine. More than likely you would face criminal charges. Worst of all is that they arent usually equipped to rehome a monkey and since theyre illegal the animals are often euthanized. Please consider this. No reputable and responsible breeder/broker will sell one to anyone not in a state where theyre legal.
