  You need a proper set up and enclosure and trainer anD permit to own either of those animals. Nobody will sell to you being you just asked for two completely different animals and not gonna lie, sounds like you just want something cool to show off which is stupid. Your looking to spend 5-8,000$ on a high content 98% wolf because pure wolfs are illegal to own but you need experience with a mid content before you can own one. And 1000 on a fox with the right permit.
