I have a 1.1 pair of compatible Tayra that are established together and live amicably together full-time. The male will take banana from my fingers and the female thinks about it real hard.
These are busy, SMART, comical and rather hardy animals that eat well, and make a marvelous display as they are entertaining, and will feed willingly in plain view from treat sticks. They are "suspicious" of new environments and do need a little time to fully acclimate.
They have recently been dewormed and come with a clean fecal report from my Vet.
