Hello folks.
We are looking for someone who is interested in adopting two wolf dogs (male and female) 3 and 5 years old. High content wolf-90%+ for both.
Our neighbors in Caldwell, TX (we live in Austin but have a place out there) have these poor things tied up on a chain. They are willing to give them up, and I have spent 6 months trying to find a place (sanctuary) or a person with land and knowledge of how to deal with these animals, with no luck, so I am trying here. Our neighbor is a good person, but took on too much with these guys. They are not pets.
Please only contact me if you are serious and are looking to give these animals the right life:
-You have a large piece of land that can accommodate them
-You have an enclosure/fence that can keep them in (chain-free) and a housing option to keep them out of the elements
-You are NOT looking to breed them (they are not spayed, but we are willing to help with the cost of that)
-You have experience with wolf dogs and understand that these are not common pets
