I see ALOT of people on here who do not know that NONHUMAN primates are banned where they are located so I just wanted to post this for those people! Hope it helps.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming

STATES WITH NO REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIVATE POSSESSION OF NONHUMAN PRIMATES: 
Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin

STATES WHICH REQUIRE A PERMIT:
