We have a 16 acre USDA licensed facility for sale in Medway, OH. It is currently being used for domestic and exotic mammals and reptiles, plus hay production. We are asking $350,000.00.
-There are 3, 3/4acre pastures with eight foot fence and 8’by 12’ gates.
-7 ¾ acres is planted with alfalfa, clover, orchard grass mix. There is a local farmer that will bale the hay for you, sale it for you, or bale it on shares with you. We can give you his number.
-The back four acres are a peat bog with a pond. There is Crystal Lake across the street and water fowl hunting is just a step out the back door.
